Sales Tax Collection

We are required to collect and remit sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the State of New York and any other states where we have a legal obligation to do so.

  • Sales tax is calculated based on the applicable state and local tax rates at the time of purchase.
  • Tax rates are determined by the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Tax is applied to the subtotal of taxable items (excluding shipping charges in most cases, unless required by law).

Tax-Exempt Orders

If you are a tax-exempt organization or reseller, please contact us before placing your order at [email protected] with your valid tax exemption certificate. We will review and process eligible tax-exempt orders manually.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Sales tax is not charged.
  • You may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees upon delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Order Changes & Refunds

  • If your order is modified after placement, sales tax will be recalculated accordingly.
  • In the event of a refund or return, sales tax will be refunded along with the eligible item amount (minus any restocking fees, if applicable).
